After eight weeks of intensive coaching, practicing, and implementing, the BOLD participants will be graduating from the exclusive Keller Williams Realty BOLD Coaching Program.  These agents mastered the dialogues needed to better assist their buyers and sellers.  Additionally, they have built a strong lead generation foundation that will be the source of future new and referral business. 

Why were these agents successful?  The agents who participated in BOLD varied from brand new as a real estate agents to over thirty year’s experience and they succeeded because they committed to doing the necessary tasks to be successful.  Anybody can be a real estate agent but only those who are diligent in their lead generation and maintain consistent contact with their family, friends, acquaintenances and sphere of influence will they remain the real estate expert in their eyes.  The highest compliment an agent can receive is a referral from a satisfied client.  BOLD participates were honored tremendously because they received so, so many referrals from their clients and sphere.
