BOLD is making the agents into “money magnets”

Starting Tuesday, July 20, Keller Williams Realty at Hilltop/Virginia Beach is offering POWER HOUR with Bill Crespo as your leader.  Bill is a professional real estate coach who helps agents improve their skills and guides them in their business development.  This event will take place at the Keller Williams Realty Hilltop Market Center from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.  What  is POWER HOUR?  During this time period, agents will hone their communication skills with their clients.  They will internalize the dialogue needed to be able to guide their clients towards making decisions that are best for them.

If you would like to join Bill at POWER HOUR, please come on down.  The classes will be held on Tuesdays through Fridays for the next four weeks.  Make the commitment to yourself to gain the knowledge so that you will know what to say at the appropriate time.  To be successful, you need this and here’s your opportunity to grow.

Tonight, America had the opportunity to watch the All-Star Baseball game.  This game featured the best of the best when it came to baseball players.  Chesapeake’s own David Wright represented the New York Mets with his recurring appearance at this mid-summer baseball event.  These highly talented men became so skilled in their positions because of one basic principle…they practiced.  Consistent practice and a desire to reach their goal were vital to their success and today, they reveled in the cheers of the crowd as they played the All American Game of baseball.

Are you an all-star?  You may be one in your family, your chosen career, your church.  All it takes is your dedication to be the best.  Consistent practice will give you the confidence and strength to reach the goals that you have set for yourself.  It could be a far-reaching goal or one that is relatively attainable so that you can reach that one and then move onto bigger and better goals. 

• You have the power to determine what your all-star ability will be. 
• You have the power to act on that desire. 
• You have the power to put into motion those steps necessary to make you an all-star.
• You have the power to make a difference and live an all-star life.

Take some time and look at your all-star game plan.  With perservance, tenacity and strong belief in yourself, you will succeed!
